1. Scope of Service
Tokens provides a unified, OpenAI-compatible proxy gateway for developers to access large language models and coding models. By creating an account or using our API, you agree to comply with these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
You must provide an authentic email address and maintain secure credentials. You are solely responsible for all API requests executed with your API keys. If you suspect an unauthorized access or credential leak, you must rotate or revoke your key immediately in the dashboard.
3. Billing, Prepayments, and Subscriptions
Tokens offers monthly subscription plans and prepaid wallet balances in USD and BDT. Subscriptions provide defined monthly usage budgets and rolling fair-usage windows. Over-limit requests are governed by your plan's pay-as-you-go settings or stopped when limits are reached.
4. Permitted Use and Acceptable Conduct
You agree not to use the gateway to generate malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, bypass upstream model safety filters, or violate applicable local and international copyright laws.
5. Service Availability and Termination
While we aim for high platform availability, upstream model availability depends on foundational providers. Tokens reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach security policies or engage in fraudulent payment activity.
