1. Prepaid Wallet Balances
Unused, unreserved prepaid wallet balances may be refunded upon written request to support subject to terms: [OWNER TO SUPPLY REFUND TIMELINE AND ELIGIBILITY]. Any payment gateway processing fees incurred during initial deposit may be deducted from the refund.
2. Incurred Model Inference Fees
Once model inference has completed and tokens have been consumed via upstream API providers, the associated usage charges are non-refundable.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your monthly subscription renewal at any time through the Billing dashboard. Your subscription benefits remain active until the end of your paid billing cycle, after which no further recurring charges will occur.
4. Disputed Transactions
If you believe an incorrect charge occurred due to a platform metering error, please submit your request ID and transaction receipt to customer support within [OWNER TO SUPPLY DISPUTE TIMELINE] for audit and credit reconciliation.
